A trainer and a dog-in-training come to you for a 90-minute working session — not a sales visit. We see your home, your routines, and your other animals the way a working dog will. You handle a trained dog and experience the methodology in reality, not theory. Required for Premier; recommended for everyone.

Everywhere else
Out-of-state interviews run as a Friday-to-Sunday visit, and it’s deliberately a two-way vetting: we evaluate you, your needs, your environment, and your other animals — and you interview us, handle a working or retired dog, and experience the methodology in reality, not theory. A small step before the big commitment.

Why it matters
How your home actually runs: the doors, the noise, the routines, the other animals, and the person the dog will work for — in their own space, where the truth lives. It’s how we match a specific dog to your specific household instead of guessing from a form.
What a trained service dog feels like on the end of your own leash. You’ll handle the dog, see the tasks up close, and get honest answers face to face — including “this isn’t the right fit” if that’s the truth. We’d rather tell you at your kitchen table than after a contract.
